Tube Lanyard
Tube Lanyards have a soft, rounded construction for comfortable everyday wear, suited to keys, badges, passes and credentials used by staff, visitors and event teams. Optional screen printing is available in one to eight colours, with a choice of widths and fittings such as crimps or safety breakaways. Standard widths are 10, 12, 15, 20 and 25mm, standard length 90cm, with custom dimensions available. Production takes approximately 2–3 weeks from confirmed order.
Smooth Polyester Lanyard
Smooth Polyester Lanyards suit detailed artwork, gradients and complex logos. Their fine surface gives a clean base for full-colour dye-sublimation printing, making them a strong everyday choice for badges, passes and event credentials. Select the preferred width from 10, 12, 15, 20 or 25mm (standard length 90cm) and add fittings such as safety breakaways, crimps and quick-release buckles. There is no standard minimum order; production takes approximately 2-3 weeks from confirmed order. Accepted files are pdf, jpg, tiff, ai and eps.
Basic Polyester Lanyard
A cost-effective polyester lanyard suited to clear text, simple logos and solid-colour designs, screen printed in one to eight colours. Durable enough for events, workplaces, schools and promotional use, it takes crimp, safety breakaway, quick-release buckle, mobile loop and other attachments for badges, passes, keys and devices. Popular widths are 10, 15 and 20 mm, with other dimensions available on request, in a standard 90 cm length. There is no standard minimum order, and production takes approximately 2–3 weeks from a confirmed order.
Thick Polyester Lanyard
The Thick Polyester Lanyard uses a more substantial material than a basic promotional lanyard, giving it a firmer feel and a structured appearance. It suits everyday staff credentials, badges, keys and branded event use. Screen print the lanyard in one to eight colours and choose from crimp, safety breakaway or quick-release buckle fittings. Standard length is 90cm, with popular widths of 10, 12, 15, 20 and 25mm; alternative dimensions may be available on request.
RPET Lanyard
RPET Lanyards offer the familiar function and branding area of a polyester lanyard, made from recycled plastic including post-consumer bottles. They suit event credentials, staff badges, visitor passes and promotional use. Designs can be screen printed for simple artwork or dye-sublimated for detailed full-colour work, in popular widths of 10, 12, 15, 20 and 25mm (other widths considered per project), with a standard length of 90cm. Production takes approximately three weeks. Accepted files are pdf, jpg, tiff, ai and eps, up to 10Mb. No standard minimum order applies.
Double-Layered Lanyard
A two-layer lanyard that combines a smooth satin or silk upper with a polyester base, printed by screen printing for solid-colour designs or dye sublimation for detailed full-colour artwork. Available in widths of 10, 12, 15, 20 and 25 mm, with a standard length of 90 cm and custom dimensions on request. No standard minimum order applies. Options include a safety breakaway, crimp and quick-release buckle.
Stock Lanyard
Stock Lanyards are a fast, practical option for urgent badge, pass and credential needs, supplied plain from available stock without custom printing. Each lanyard includes a safety breakaway and J-hook attachment (ATT-1). Available in red, yellow, black and white, subject to stock; standard size is 15 x 900mm, with no standard minimum order.
Short Lanyards
Short Lanyards keep keys, ID cards, access credentials and small devices within reach, suited to employees, event staff, hospitality teams, visitors and promotional use. Made from polyester in standard widths of 15 or 20mm, they are personalised by screen printing or full-colour dye sublimation, with a snap hook and keyring as standard attachments (alternatives available). There is no standard minimum order; typical production time is approximately three weeks from order confirmation.
Woven Lanyard
Woven Lanyards reproduce the design directly in the fabric, creating a textured, durable finish suited to logos, text and patterns that benefit from a premium woven look. Up to eight colours can be used in the design, with UV, glitter, gold or silver thread available for selected details. Widths of 10, 12, 15, 20 and 25 mm are available, with a standard length of 90 cm and options including crimp, safety breakaway and quick-release buckle fittings. There is no standard minimum order, and production takes approximately 2–3 weeks from confirmed order. Accepted file formats are pdf, jpg, tiff, ai and eps.
LED Flashing Lanyards
LED flashing lanyards for parties and company events, made from nylon, PET, polyester or tube material in all regular lanyard sizes (10-25mm). The lanyard is remote controllable for various lighting effects up to 800 metres from the controller, with three flashing modes: quick flashing, slow flashing and keep on with the lights. LEDs are available in red, blue, white, yellow, green or orange, with the lanyard colour chosen from the Pantone book and the logo added by screen print or sublimation. Battery included; minimum order 100 pieces; production takes around three weeks.
Lanyard with UV-Reactive Thread
A woven polyester lanyard with selected UV-reactive threads that become more visible under suitable ultraviolet or blue-light conditions, giving a textured, durable finish for logos and event branding. Available in widths of 10, 12, 15, 20 and 25mm, standard length 90cm, with custom dimensions available and woven in one to eight simultaneous colours. Glitter, gold and silver threads are also available. Crimp, safety breakaway and quick-release buckle options can be added. There is no standard minimum order; production takes around two to three weeks from confirmed order.
Custom Lanyards in Alternative Materials
Choose a lanyard material that fits the application and your material preferences, from basic or premium recycled PET, bamboo-based fabric, cotton or hemp constructions. Printing method, dimensions, attachments and safety-breakaway options depend on the selected material and construction.
Cotton Cord Lanyard
A comfortable cotton cord lanyard with an adjustable, custom-branded slider. The safety breakaway and slider are made from a wheat-plastic compound, reducing the amount of conventional plastic used in these fittings. Attachments are available according to the selected configuration, and pricing is quoted to specification.
Cork Lanyard
Cork lanyards offer a distinctive natural surface for event, hospitality, workplace and promotional credentials. Cork is harvested from the bark of cork oak trees without felling the tree, so its grain and colour vary naturally from one item to the next. The surface can be personalised with your branding, subject to the selected design and production method.
Lanyards with custom clasp
Lanyards fitted with a custom metallic clasp in place of a standard hook, made from a custom mould in a size and shape to your specification. Graphics can be added by embossing, debossing or screen print. Design files are accepted in PDF, JPG, TIFF, AI or EPS format.
Festival Guide Lanyard
This festival guide lanyard combines a wearable event guide with a branded lanyard, carrying schedules, maps, safety details, sponsor messages and QR-code links. The printed badge gives visitors quick access to essential information and doubles as a keepsake. The guide badge is 100 x 70 mm cardboard with matt lamination and full-colour printing on both sides; the lanyard is 20 x 900 mm certified recycled polyester, also printed in full colour. Alternative content, dimensions and fittings are available subject to confirmation.
Recycled Ocean-Bound Plastic Lanyards
These lanyards are made from reclaimed ocean-bound plastic, collected from waterways and coastal areas before it can reach the ocean, and certified to the OCEAN BOUND PLASTIC RECYCLING STANDARD V2.2 for documented traceability of the recycled content. They give a practical credential holder with a material story that is easy to explain, suited to events, venues and organisations. Customise with full-colour artwork or Pantone shades and add the accessories needed: metal ferrule, safety breakaway, quick-release buckle or other options on request. Minimum order 500 pieces, standard length 90 cm, widths 15 mm or 20 mm (subject to raw-material availability), with production taking approximately two to three weeks from order confirmation.
